The staff at The Vine Hotel were wonderful and claimed to be the manager. The location was marvellous, in a great area not far from the town centre. The hotel was just a 10-15 minute walk from Tower Gardens.

Stunning and charming location for visiting restaurants and bars. Recently refurbished room with top of bulky headboard-bathroom, a sofa, as for instance as advertised. Quick check in and a very good service throughout my stay.

The location was stunning, relatively close to Hildreds Shopping Centre. the restaurant was good, and the staff amicable. We parked the car on site.

In a quiet location but within easy reach of Skegness town centre. Breakfast was excellent, enjoyed the freshly made porridge. Complimentary bottle of water in room.

Room furniture a little old fashioned making the room feel dark.

The units have been recently refurbished. The staff are competent and friendly, with a lovely smiley receptionist.The location is perfect, near rear gardens, the city centre, and a variety of restaurants and bars in a residential area.

Excellent good quality food. Very comfy charming bar facilities. Beer kept to a very high standard

The staff here were friendly, our room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean, we loved the delicious hot breakfast and quick check-in process.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the hotel overall was very good. I liked the free broad band which was very easy to access and the breakfast was very good, with efficient service.

I had a single room, it was comfortable and clean, but a little small also the TV remote control didnt work.
